Louis Maloney has experience managing ecological reports required for wind farm applications to local authorities in the Republic of Ireland. He has a considerable amount of experience working as an Ecological Clerk of Works during the construction phase for this particular type of application. In addition, he has a significant amount of experience in ornithological surveying applicable to both pre-app and the operational phase of wind farms.
